As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a supportive space where young women can heal and thrive. We're currently seeking compassionate individuals to join us as 2nd- and 3rd-Shift Residential Staff, committed to making a difference in the lives of these young girls.

In this role, you'll guide residents through their daily routines, ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their personal goals. During the 2nd shift, you'll engage with residents to help them complete daily tasks and activities in a trauma-informed manner. On the 3rd shift, you'll monitor their safety and well-being throughout the night, document sleep patterns, and assist with morning routines. We value dedication and a strong work ethic, and we're looking for someone who can commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, offering guidance to foster trust and understanding.
